Emily McKinley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is the founder and owner of McKinley Medical and a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in healthcare. Throughout her career, she has served the Jacksonville community across a wide range of specialties, including endocrinology, family medicine, medical-surgical care, maternal-fetal medicine, acute care, and labor and delivery.

Emily’s dedication to patient care has earned her multiple accolades, including Nurse of the Year at a 450-bed acute care hospital and the Spirit of Nursing Award for the city of Jacksonville, presented by Healthsource magazine.

With a strong clinical background in endocrinology, Emily has a special interest in managing diabetes, thyroid conditions, weight loss, and mental health disorders. She is known for her practical, compassionate approach and her commitment to patient education and empowerment.

Outside the clinic, Emily is a plant-loving, outdoor-obsessed mom of three who enjoys reading, traveling, and hiking. She is deeply passionate about making quality, affordable care accessible to all, and founded McKinley Medical with the mission of removing barriers to healthcare for individuals and families across Florida.

Marissa Gonzalez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 13 years of experience in healthcare. Her diverse clinical background includes endocrinology, medical-surgical care, perioperative services, emergency medicine, and labor and delivery. This broad experience allows her to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Marissa is especially passionate about holistic and preventive medicine, with a strong focus on promoting wellness and addressing health concerns before they escalate. She takes a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, working to empower each patient with the tools and support they need for long-term health.

As a bilingual provider fluent in both English and Spanish, Marissa is committed to increasing access to quality healthcare for diverse communities. She believes that affordable, high-quality care should be available to everyone — regardless of insurance status.

Outside of work, Marissa is a proud military spouse and mother of three. She enjoys reading, traveling, beach days, and finding balance between her professional and personal life.
